Reyburn & Bryant has five Registered Surveyors and a number of supporting survey technicians working in the field of cadastral surveying.

Reyburn & Bryant handles the entire subdivision process from the initial design, through to final compliance and subdivision administration prior to the issuing of new titles. Our strength lies in our multi-disciplined approach where our planning staff will guide you through the intricacies of the district and regional plans and the associated resource consent process, while our surveyors then handle the land transfer aspects of the process (survey field work, calculations, plan draughting, engineering) before obtaining the necessary clearances from Council required for the issuing of new titles.

Reyburn & Bryant own a state of the art GPS unit that (depending on the ground cover) can quickly and efficiently carry out the required task with the minimum of fuss. Topographical surveys establish the form and location of existing features on a property including ground contours.
