Reyburn & Bryant has five staff members dedicated to preparing resource consent applications, private plan changes and to managing the projects being handled by the Company.

We have four qualified planners with complimentary skills and background. Our experience includes the preparation of both complex and simple resource consent applications, plan change applications, resource consent processing, public hearings and environment court attendance, project appraisal and feasibility assessments.

Reyburn & Bryant own a state of the art GPS unit that (depending on the ground cover) can quickly and efficiently carry out the required task with the minimum of fuss. Topographical surveys establish the form and location of existing features on a property including ground contours.
