A race to the top between Nic and Maia yesterday. So awesome to see you guys tackle the rope climbs- everyone has made such amazing progress.

12.5, the last WOD of the Open competition is released today. Here's hoping it's stuff we can do and we can push our way further up the leaderboard. Make sure you make the effort to come down on Saturday morning to have a go at the wod and support our team.

Strength: Turkish Get Ups  3, 2, 1, 1 reps per arm

WOD:  CARDS

clubs = burpees

spades = toe to bar

hearts = run (1x 400m only)

diamonds = thrusters  (15/20)

The class split into groups of 2 or 3.  

The task: Get through a deck of cards.  Suit denotes exercise, number on card = reps. Picture cards = 10 reps, Ace = 13 reps and Joker = double the next card
