Matt once again taking the lead on the board. 2 PB's today alone - 125 kg squat clean and 110kg push press.to add to the 40kg TGU from yesterday..pity the boys in the Wellsford front row tomorrow!

OPEN GAMES WOD 12.5

3 thrusters (45/30)   - 3 chest to bar pullups

6 thrusters  - 6 chest to bar pullups

9 thrusters  - 9 chest to bar pullups

increases by 3 reps/exercise each round for a total of

7 min AMRAP

Come down and do this one, it's tough but as always scaleable to your level. It's the same final WOD as last year so it will be practice if they chuck it in again next year..when you ALL will be taking part in the Open!!!

As always our team thrives on your support so at the least come down and cheer them on.

Make sure you make the effort to come down on Saturday morning to have a go at the wod and support our team. So awesome to see you guys tackle the rope climbs- everyone has made such amazing progress. The last WOD of the Open competition is released today. A race to the top between Nic and Maia yesterday. Ace = 13 reps and Joker = double the next card. Turkish Get Ups 3, 2, 1, 1 reps per arm. Get through a deck of cards.
