21 - 15 - 9 reps for time.

Open WOD 12.5 is posted as:

3 x thrusters, 3 x chest to bar (45/30)

6 x thrusters, 6 x chest to bar

9 x thrusters, 9 x chest to bar

(keep going up in 3's)

7 minute AMRAP

Again we'll be doing this on Saturday at the 8:00am - 9:00am classes. Everyone come down and give this WOD a go and/or encourage the others.

Make sure you make the effort to come down on Saturday morning to have a go at the wod and support our team. So awesome to see you guys tackle the rope climbs- everyone has made such amazing progress. The last WOD of the Open competition is released today. A race to the top between Nic and Maia yesterday. Ace = 13 reps and Joker = double the next card. Turkish Get Ups 3, 2, 1, 1 reps per arm. Get through a deck of cards.
