If you're a first-time user, select the option ‘Create an igovt logon’. Please note: this facility is not available for commercial building consent applications.  

  • The E-document Gateway allows customers to submit documents and forms electronically to the Council.   

  • This service allows developers establishing new council assets to lodge design plans online. Please note that registration is required to use this service.  

  • This service allows you to lodge a scheme plan for a proposed subdivision showing the layout of new allotments, access, services and physical features. Please note that you will need to register to use this service.

Cemeteries & Crematorium

Our cemeteries are well maintained so they are peaceful places where family and friends can visit their loved ones 365 days a year, and others can enjoy their park-like settings. North Shore City has seven cemeteries across the city, from Mt Victoria Cemetery in Devonport to North Shore Memorial Park and Crematorium in Albany.
