The 'living roof' of tussock and shrubs on the winery roof reflect the Tussock brand's strong connection with the land on which it is grown. Silver Tussock, native to New Zealand's high-country, grows wild and strong in South Island's vast and untouched landscape.

Order online: Woollaston Rose 2011

Pinot Noir blocks targeted for the production of the Rose were carefully managed with judious shoot thinning and some leaf plucking to ensure a balanced open canopy. A fresh and bright entrance on the palate with an array of cherries and cranberries leading to a smooth and velvety finish. Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested on April 15th. With a fresh lifted nose of tree ripened cherries. The wine was bottled using gravity.
