Order online: Woollaston Rose 2011

Pinot Noir blocks targeted for the production of the Rose were carefully managed with judious shoot thinning and some leaf plucking to ensure a balanced open canopy. A fresh and bright entrance on the palate with an array of cherries and cranberries leading to a smooth and velvety finish. Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested on April 15th. With a fresh lifted nose of tree ripened cherries. The wine was bottled using gravity.
