Receiving a quote from Mouldem is a simple process, whether you have a finalised design, or need one created. We have a design team to work with you through this process. We can work with your Graphic images, or create designs from digital images, letterheads, business cards etc if needed. No matter what your needs are, we are here to work with you to make this process simple and painless.
We will need to know the size of the Graphic, both length and width, and the quantity needed. We will also need some idea of the type of image and the number of required colours to quote an accurate estimate. We can follow up to get additional information if required. We advise that you include at least two different quantities so you can get a feel for the price variation on quantities. This will help you decide the right quantities, at the right price for your product, factoring in your holding costs. Also refer to "Product Price" to get a better understanding of variances in pricing.

If you already have a finalised design you can send graphic images via e-mail as an attachment, saved as a high definition file, as either a jpeg or in vector format, from the following computer programs: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand.
What we will do is:
If your Graphic image is in jpeg or vector format, we can work directly from this. We will e-mail a pdf file, showing your Graphic and give you a quote, based on the quantities advised.
If you are using the design team's services, you will receive e-mails and possibly phone calls, to enable us to get the right graphic image for your requirements. Once you have confirmed your image with the design team, we will e-mail you a pdf file showing your final Graphic, and provide you with a quote, based on quantities advised.
Once you have received your e-mail, please check the pdf to ensure this is exactly what image/s you require. You then simply send us an order confirming the pdf image is correct and the quantities required. For new customers we will also need invoice details and delivery address.
A confirmation of order and tentative production date will be e-mailed to you. Once your order has been produced, we will send an invoice and request payment prior to dispatch.
Reordering of Graphics that we have produced for you in the past is easy. If you know the item code and/or description from a previous order, then e-mail this information along with quantities requested.

Graphic Production Time Frames
We only manufacture Graphics that have been ordered; we do not hold graphic stocks - reducing your Graphic unit costs. Between the ordering months of March - September, we have an approximate two week turn around. Between October - February, we have an approximate four week turn around. During this time we ask that you submit your orders early, with a required supply date to ensure you don’t run out.
You will be advised by confirmation e-mail, the tentative production date your graphics have been scheduled for manufacturing. If your Graphic order is urgent and the tentative date given is to long for you to wait, then we advise you to contact us as soon as possible to see if we can help your situation.
If you are ordering ahead of time, please advise us of an estimated supply date you would like these produced. Note: please make your own allowance for delivery timeframes, depending on your location, when calculating the estimated supply date, and remember that over the Christmas period - freight can take longer than other times of the year.
For those customers who look after us through loyalty, timely ordering and prompt payment, be assured we will look after you and do everything we can to ensure you get your graphics in a timely manner.
These vary in unit price due to many factors. These include the size of Graphic, the number of colours used, the design of the Graphic and quantities being produced. Also if you have a number of different Graphics that you are ordering at the same time with same colours, we may be able to reduce the unit price by batch printing.
Please advise when ordering if your order is the minimum quantities required.

Within Austrailia we can sell as per can or per box (12 cans) freight is additional, e-mail us for a price.
Overseas, due to the cost of freight our minimum order is half a pallet. e-mail us for a fixed price and to discuss freight options.
Within Australia we courier your order using one of the local courier companies. All freight costs are charged additional to your graphics.
For orders involving Surface Enhancer or Adhesive, these attract an additional courier charge for dangerous goods.
For International freight we use TNT, unless you specify otherwise.
Account holders are 20th of the month following invoice.
New accounts are prepaid until a credit rating can be established.
