motodepot provides selling services for insurance companies interested in auctioning total loss motorcycles, as well as buying oppurtunities for individuals looking for well-priced damaged motorcycles or parts.

We have a wide range of people who buy parts using our service.  Most are private individuals looking for spare motorcycle parts, or perhaps looking for a suitable motorcycle to use for racing.  All of our motorcycles are de-registered and therefore make excellent conversions for race bikes.  Many of our motorcycles are current factory models, and due to their damage (damage to each motorcycle obviously varies), are an affordable option to kick-start that Rossi-racing career!

Many of these parts are written-off purely for financial purposes and may be suitable to be certified for road use once more.  Of course, we make sure that all our motorcycles are de-registered prior to sale to ensure that each motorcycle is re-certified if it is to be used on public roads.

The motorcycles and parts are sourced from New Zealand insurance companies who have "written-off" the items.  We provide a holistic solution which involves:

*    arranging transport from the assessment location to our premise
*    formalising an accurate and descriptive auction listing
*    managing the auction process and answering questions
*    providing viewing oppurtunities to bidders
*    collecting payments from successful purchasers
*    arranging transport of goods to the pruchaser
*    providing your company with change of ownership papers and payments for recovered costs.

Our Vision

motodepot provides auction services to facilitate buying and selling of total loss motorcycles and parts.  We aim to serve with professionalism the insurance companies we represent, and to provide detailed and personally managed auctions at an affordable price.
