Quality and Excellence

The executive management team and board of Mercy Parklands are committed to quality and excellence in the care of the elderly and it is our intention to remain at the forefront of the elderly care industry.

This commitment is exemplified by accreditation from Quality Health New Zealand.

Quality Health New Zealand first accredited Mercy Parklands in 1993. Since then we have enjoyed ongoing accreditation, attaining Outstanding Achievement recognition for continuous quality improvement. These are challenging times in the health care industry, so that our ongoing accreditation by Quality Health New Zealand is even more notable.

All our residents are assessed on a regular basis to ensure their individual requirements are met.
