All garments sold online are covered by the following Meccano Returns Policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unworn with original sales receipt and all tags attached within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue a store credit. No refunds are available for change of mind purchases.
All genuine faulty garments will be honored without question under the consumers guarantees act, however we DO NOT accept responsibility for, fair wear and tear, failure to comply with cleaning instructions, abuse or third party damage, for example dry cleaners etc.

- All garments wanting to be exchanged for another size, colour or style will need to be sent with a pre paid courier bag enclosed. We do not accept responsibility for additional postal costs. To make things easier for everyone simply visit one of our stores to make your exchange.
- Garment credits cannot be used online, only in one of our Meccano stores.
- Returns may take up to 5 working days to process.
- Delivery will be within 5 working days.
- Parcels will be sent using Post Haste couriers.
- All garments will be delivered free of charge.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that any colour will be completely accurate.
- Online purchases do not qualify for the Club Meccano Loyalty program
- Meccano Gift Vouchers cannot be used for online purchases.
- Store credits cannot be used online.
- No Lay bys or rain checks are available for online sales.
