This is one of our very favourites because of its clean, zesty flavour and fantastic versatility. It contains 75% fruit. Serve hot or cold.

  • Serve as a hot sauce with chicken, duck, pork and scallops (see our easy recipes).
  • Fabulous over ice-cream – particularly chocolate! In fact, ANYTHING with chocolate!
  • Fresh and zesty over rich chocolate puddings (see our easy recipes).
  • Perfect over cheesecake, crepes or ice-cream.
  • Splash over fresh fruit or through a fresh fruit salad.
  • Toss through crisply cooked carrots or raw carrot salad.
  • Use with good olive oil for a fresh vinaigrette.
