I want to be fitter and stronger » Limit Zero

By: Limit Zero  05-Apr-2012

Awesome! Being strong and fit makes every day so much easier and can happen whether you’re 16 or 60. It will also have a great impact on your sporting success!

В

When it comes to strength and fitness Limit Zero believes the sky is the limit, you can go as far as you can dream. To advance in both these areas, we put our faith in two simple systems:

В

  1. Strictly stick to a good training schedule
  2. Always improve on the exercise you do every week.

В

The key to improve every week is to make sure we have enough rest and recovery between intense workouts. Limit Zero really encourages this type of training, where you really make the most of all training sessions as well as all recovery and rest times, as they are just as important. You will also have the chance to be offered nutritional advice to help you recover more effectively.

В

В

The best option to get fit and strong at Limit Zero:

В

В

This put all together will work and will keep on working as long as you always go with it. Getting involved in this with a Limit Zero fitness professional will not only ensure you improve in your one on one sessions but also give you strict and structured guidelines in your training schedule to stick to when training outside of the studio. We will also provide fitness testing every fortnight/month, so you can see the improvement yourself.

В

We will always make as simple as possible for you - when you improve every week, how are you not going to get stronger and fitter?

В

В

Although this works for the majority we also understand it doesn’t happen for everyone. Factors such as stress levels, sleeping patterns, past habits, and other problems come sometimes interfere, but Limit Zero will still work alongside you every step of the way and will help take these factors out of consideration.

Losing weight » Limit Zero

Factors such as stress levels, sleeping patterns, past habits, and other problems come sometimes interfere, but Limit Zero will still work alongside you every step of the way and will help take these factors out of consideration. First of all we would suggest that you attend a one on one training session every week, where you would have one strength training every fortnight and a fitness training every other fortnight.
