This definitely looks like an interesting read as lots of us (men and women included) have battled the many facets of attempting weight loss..thinking we just need to cut back on rubbish food and pound the pavement more to achieve..not necessarily that simple of course!

It sounds like its a very indepth diet book..full of great detail. Love the title though...as I don't know anybody thats out on weight intentionally!!!! Have seen Libby Weaver on TV a few times & she seems to know what shes talking about so her book could be just what the doc ordered!!!

My husband brought me this book for my birthday, I initially was furious with him, how insulting. I read it secretly - blew me away, so many little helpful ideas, and seemed to be written just for me.
