Lanolin Products

By: Kiwi International Products  06-Dec-2011

Our lanolin crèmes, lotions, balms and soap products use part of one of New Zealand's most famous natural resources, its sheep.  Lanolin is a natural oil present in sheep's wool, and is the closest oil in nature when compared to our own. Readily absorbed into the skin it not only conditions and moisturises but also provides a protective barrier against the everyday elements.

Lanolin crème is used for softening and protecting skin on sensitive areas prone to drying or cracking such as hands, ankles, feet and elbows.  Lanolin crème and related products can be beneficial for diabetics and sufferers of dry skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.

Thermal Mud

The contact that the mud has with volcanic gases and minerals from the centre of the earth is the reason that it is particularly rich in minerals. Ordinary clays and muds contain some minerals, but because of its volcanic origin, Rotorua thermal mud is far richer in these properties. Thermal mud as used by Parrs Products consists of a suspension of thermal mud in mineral spa water.
