We provide subdivision assessment reports for both flat site developments and also more challenging hill-site developments.
The subdivision assessment report is structured in four stages to assist the client in establishing the extent of geotechnical services required:
Stage 1: We complete a site evaluation inspection to identify the site and determine any geotechnical hazards specific to the site. We also assess the type of geotechnical investigations required for the site.
Stage 2: Prepare Geotechnical investigation program to determine the underlying soil profiles and also strength of the soils.
Stage 3: Assess the geotechnical hazards identified from Stage 1 and confirm if further tests or quantitative calculations are required.
Stage 4: Prepare report for subdivision consent, including further reporting if required for associated earthworks, returning wall designs, etc.
