Cold tank fermented with 6 months lees stirring has left an intense wine with a soft finish, which will develop well over the next 5 years. Best enjoyed with food and friends.

2009 Late Charge
Another Central Hawke’s Bay drought allowed the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to nurture on the vine until the berries began to shrivel to shape a late harvest wine. Sip cold with cheeses or dessert to complete your meal. Sweet but not too sweet.
