We belong to the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme administered by the IQS Council. This is the New Zealand Research Industry scheme set up to promote and monitor fieldwork quality. It closely mirrors the standards of a similar scheme in Australia.
We are IQS accredited which means at least 10% of all our interviewers' work is audited. Individual interviewer's performance is regularly by supervisors and managers. We invest in training as part of our commitment to our customers to work to the highest standards.
