Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 31/2 mins each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.
Deep Fry: 4 minutes at 180°C.
Oven Bake: 8 minutes each side at 230°C, or untill golden brown.
Grill: 31/2 minutes each side untill golden brown.
