Arrow Squid are harvested from the cool clear waters off the the West Coast of the New Zealand and immediately snap-frozen to retain their unique and distinctive flavour.
They are found at depths of between 50 and 300 metres and are most abundant around the edge of the Continental shelf.

Net Carton Weight:
Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 2 mins each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.
Oven Bake: 41/2 minutes each side at 230°C.
