Features of the EXCEED heat pump water heater:

The EXCEED HPWH incorporates a 1.99kw compressor unit which is considerably larger than its competitors. This gives the unit the ability to heat water faster, especially in the cooler months, and pro-long the life of the unit. The water circulation pump is incorporated inside the unit making installation easier and faster.

Much attention has been given in the design of the EXCEED unit. It uses corrosion resistant fins on the evaporator which will help maintain normal performance over its life, where as other units will deteriorate and performance will be lost. The casing is also made of corrosion resistant zinc coated steel and secured together with stainless steel screws with plastic washers to protect the paint finish. The unit will remain looking good and perform well for many years.

New and old water cylinders in good condition can be connected, both low and high pressure. We supply a hot water inlet pipe connection with our units at no cost, which enables the achievement of the correct water flow rate into the cylinder, to maximise efficiency.

The units have been designed specifically for the New Zealand climate conditions. Active defrost and de-ice function allow the unit to be able to be installed in cooler climates. Over a year, the efficiency can be up to 300%, saving you a considerably amount on your water heating costs.

The seperate electronic controller can be installed in a convientant place inside the home for better control of your water heating. A timer function allows you to set the time period you want the unit to run, to achieve further power savings.
