Stroke Club, Probus, The RSA and Communicare are maintained where possible. Family/Whanau support and visiting is welcomed and their input in creating a service plan for their loved one is a valuable resource in the provision of individualised care.

We have contracts to provide personal care and household management services for Counties Manukau DHB, as well as ACC contracts to provide home based rehabilitation and community nursing.
