Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, core strength (back and abdominals), posture,
muscular endurance and correct muscle balance. This 45 minute class is a great way
to compliment any fitness program. Suitable for all levels.
This holistic workout combines the principles of correct body alignment, linking
postures and breathing with the aim of balancing the body and mind through physical
exercise. Yoga is a well rounded class that can be tailored to individual needs.
Spinning® is the global leader in indoor cycling training and offers a fantastic
cardiovascular workout. Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and
fitness goals, Spinning® delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn
- all at a self-directed pace.
Spinning® and Abs:
This class combines the cardio workout of spinning with an abs workout that strengthens
and tones the core. 45 minutes of Spinning® followed immediately by 15 minutes of
abdominals exercises. *Abdominal session can be optional

Swim Squad (Habit Majestic only)
Swim squads are tailored to cater to all levels of fitness from beginner to experienced
swimmers. Sessions involve a variety of pool drills and are a great way to improve
your cardiovascular fitness while strengthening the body within a low impact environment.
A boxing style workout focusing on technique, upper and lower body strength and
cardiovascular conditioning. This is a complete body workout for all levels.
High Intensity Training. A fitness class that will really get your heart rate up
- this is interval training at its best. Incorporating upper and lower body strengthening,
core conditioning and aerobic fitness, this class is designed to push you to new
limits and is a great overall workout that gets results fast.
A challenging strength and endurance workout using an interchangeable barbell. Using
four unique formats, Power is geared towards strength, endurance, toning and fat
burning. Power will give you a whole new perspective on weights training and is
suitable for all levels.
55 minutes of conditioning for the whole body. Combining speed and power tracks
along with unique upper body strengthening, X55 is a great fat burning, full body
workout that will take your training to the next level.
**Both Power and X55 are 55 minute classes with an express 45minute class during
the lunchtime period.
Habit professionals will work with your workplace or treatment providers to form
an individual or corporate rehabilitation program to accelerate your recovery and
minimise the chance of re-injury.
