Day 1 Food Gathering and Wine
We begin the day with an Executive on a food gathering mission for our evening meal and afternoon pasta class. This morning we will visit local producers of cheese, honey and olives along with two local gourmet food stores and a local coffee roaster. Late morning we take time to look around the boutique stores of Havelock North and enjoy a light, Cafe lunch. This afternoon we enjoy a wine tour focusing on the Gimblett Gravels and Red Metal sub regions of Hawke’s Bay. This evening we enjoy a three course meal prepared by our Chef Terry.

Day 2 Art Deco and Pasta Class
After breakfast we take an escorted walk with Clarence Bertram St John Fitz Montague through the city of Napier Art Deco Capital of the World. Including visits to private homes built and furnished in the classic Art Deco style. Late morning we join our Chef back at the lodge and learn how to make different types of pasta and then create sauces to accompany them. This day is a lot of fun and can be quite messy. Mid afternoon we relax at the lodge.
Dinner tonight will be a BBQ at the lodge
