Miss-Fit Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning program. You will attend 4 separate hour-long sessions per week for four weeks. Miss-Fit is conducted in an outdoor environment using the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercise options available. This is no ordinary exercise program – it will change how you think about fitness, nutrition and your wellbeing.
