GMF ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP is a results-driven, experienced based conditioning program. You will attend 4 separate hour-long sessions per week for four weeks.  The GMF Original Bootcamp is conducted in an outdoor, military-style environment using the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercise options available.  This is no ordinary exercise program – it will change how you think about fitness and nutrition, and you will find out what you are made of.
