How long will it take to process my order?

We're super-quick, but we're not (quite) super-human! All products in stock will be dispatched between1-5 working days of receipt of your order (please note this does not include transit time). Any items which are out of stock and all personalised items may take up to four weeks for delivery.

Am I able to track my order once it has been sent?

Are you able to fulfil international orders?

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We have excellent quality control strategies in place. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the products to us for a full refund by using the Contact Us form. We do have a couple of simple rules though: 1.Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund and we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. 2.Please note that personalised, sample, and clearance items are not returnable. All returns must be made in their original form and packaging. 3.We must receive the return within 14 days from when the day the return request was made, and we reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How do I file a claim for a damaged, defective or missing product(s)?

We really hope this doesn't happen! But on the off-chance, all claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Favour Boutique within seven business days of receiving your order. Please note that Favour Boutique is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the courier (and we'll give them a piece of our mind too!).

How do I change or cancel my order?

Party planning involves some quick decision making, so we know how easy it is to have a change of heart. It's no problem to change or cancel your Favour Boutique order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. For all personalised items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. After all, what are we going to do with your 'Ben and Sheryl Forever' candles? I guess they could come in handy in a power cut.
