No one wants to have a flabby underarm area. It is something that can happen with age, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Abs |

Strengthening our core is very important for healthy posture, however if the abdominal muscles are weak, when we do work on these muscles, often the neck is strained in the process. You don’t have to have an ab machine to work on the abdominal muscle group – a coffee table will do fine. So keep the neck relaxed and stable – better to do less reps correctly than more with neck strain.


Cardio |

This is a good way for overweight people, who may otherwise find it uncomfortable to do cardio, to add some fast paced exercise into their day. However there is no reason why you can’t take 10 minutes out of your day and do a quick cardio workout. If you do this 3 times a day …well you do the math.


Legs |

If you are very overweight, this stretch may be painful to you, so use your common sense and choose another stretch until you have released some of the fat from around the muscle. The quadriceps are a group of 4 muscles situated in the upper leg.
