One of the grandest parts of any wedding ceremony is when the bridal party makes its entrance. The air is full of anticipation, and the groom anxiously awaits his first glimpse of his bride in her wedding dress. We provide a discreet sound system either mains powered or battery operated for any location. Your music selections are perfectly audible and using one of our discreet wireless lapel microphones your celebrant and other key speakers can be heard by all. Our DJs and MC will be present throughout the entire proceeding playing your selection of songs, queued perfectly to play during the bridal processional, the signing of your marriage license and your grand march as husband and wife.

Bridal Party Entrance and Dinner

Our DJs and MCs will coordinate with all other professionals such as photographer, caterer and videographer to ensure timing is kept, making your reception flow seamlessly, and your guests never having to wonder “what’s happening next?”
Arrive to your reception to a standing ovation that our DJs has organised with your guests in an entertaining manner prior to you and your bridal party’s entrance. We can customise your entrance to include music and individual introductions. Some brief housekeeping announcements will be made and dinner will be served. Our DJs inform guests of the dinner arrangements and will organise guest’s dinner - table by table, giving you an opportunity to relax and enjoy your meals. Cocktail music will be played during the course of dinner


Our MCs will ensure that all of the important people are in the room and let everyone know that speeches will be commencing soon and to take this opportunity to recharge glasses, take a bathroom break and to be seated again within a specific time. We will remind people to turn cell phones to silent and we will also let the videographer know that we will be starting the next formality. During our planning meetings prior to the wedding we will help you prepare a list of who will be making speeches on your day. Your DJ/MC will know the names of all those giving speeches including their relationship with you and what they look like. Our DJs and MC will remind guests to sign your guest book and inform your guests of any family plans/details for Sunday BBQs then invite the bride and groom to cut the cake then announce dessert.


At the conclusion of speeches dessert will be served, We will utilise our FREE optional video screen to play a photo slide show prepared in advance and/or photos from the day itself ** A selection of new radio music mixed with some older radio songs will be played during this time and this will follow with a selection of music videos building up to a party atmosphere.

Wedding Reception Dance

Many couples are very shy when it comes to their first dance; rest assured our DJs have experience in organising your first dance that will make you and your partner feel comfortable and relaxed. Our DJs will fill the dance floor with bubbles and invite your guests to join you in celebration. The first dance is often seen as the conclusion to the formal part of your wedding therefore straight after you can relax and let your hair down and party till late. Our DJs will play a variety of music styles including old time party favourites that suits you and entertains your guests.
