Guests have the choice of either browsing our listings and picking a holiday home for themselves or of giving us their requirements and allowing us to offer suggestions. We pride ourselves on our ability to match guests to homes and, if from the information you provide us, we feel the home you have queried is not a good match for your requirements, where possible, we will offer alternatives.

Should we not have a home listed in an area you would like to stay in then please let us know and we'll do our best to find one for you.

Guests are not charged for our booking services.

We are also able to arrange a cleaning service should you require one and are happy to arrange a provision pack should you want to be able to get right into enjoying your break without having to hit the supermarket first. Please inquire at the time of booking for a schedule of cleaning fees and/or a list of provision pack options.

We offer holiday homeowners a two tiered booking and/or guests management service.
The properties we manage bookings for are listed on our website for a fee.

Tier two is perfect for absent owners who require both booking and guest management as they are not on hand to keep an eye on things or deal with guest queries.

Tier One Services Include

  • Query management and acceptance of bookings and deposit monies on the holiday homeowners behalf.
  • A monthly statement of bookings.
  • Direct credit of earnings on completion of the bookings.
  • The security of bookings being accepted under our terms and conditions along with the use of our tenancy contract.

Tier Two Services Include

  • Query management and acceptance of bookings and deposit monies on your behalf.
  • Meet and greet guests or otherwise arrange uptake of key by guest and familiarise guests with facilities and 'house rules'.
  • Management of guest queries during their stay.
  • Organisation and management of cleaning and laundry on departure of guests.
  • Organisation and management of maintenance and repairs as requested and in cases where delay is likely to cause damage to property, a safety risk or an unreasonable loss of rental income for owner.
  • A monthly statement of bookings.
  • Direct credit of earnings on completion of the bookings.
  • The security of bookings being accepted under our terms and conditions along with the use of our tenancy contract.
