Digital transcription is the modern version of the old cassette recorders used for dictation. You can dictate anything you would like word processed (typed), for example correspondence, reports, proposals or even just instructions if you don’t like writing out lists. Briefly, how it works is that you dictate into a small handheld digital recorder which is simple to use, then plug the recorder into your PC or laptop and e-mail the voice file to us. When we have typed up the transcript we e-mail the transcript back to you. Simple.

Our writing services are designed to help you save time and to avoid frustration. Do you know what you want to say, but cannot figure out how to say it? All you have to do is provide us with your brief notes (either written/typed and faxed or e-mailed, or dictated with a digital recorder) and we will compose your documents for you. Have you written/typed or dictated your own document but just want it polished up? Leave it to us. Even if you are quite confident in your writing skills, why waste your time on administrative tasks when you have more important work to be done? How is your time better spent?
