products licensed by us and sold within our Sales Order agreement.

       24/7 Support via signed agreements are available covering all modules.
Our support is carried out by the staff that also install your property or write the programs
you are using. We do not contract call centres that provide "answers on demand".

       Our staff know your property set up, are aware of any unique requirements.

       A large proportion of all Support Agreement Fees are returned to R&D for ongoing development
so we do not have charge additional Annual Upgrade Re-Licensing Fees.

       Support is be carried out by direct systems access, using Broadband and Remote Server,
one on one telephone or via email. There are many different programs available to achieve this.
