Our standard product measures a sample of your valued customers at regular intervals, usually three times a year. We provide you with a report giving you information on your internal processes and levels of satisfaction as perceived by your customers. Over the year a picture is built up that is cumulative and can form the bases for the continuous benchmarking of your internal business improvement process. We also provide tailored products based upon our standard processes but substantially adapted for your particular circumstances. For instance this may include a one off large customer benchmarking survey allowing you to compare and contrast different parts of your internal processes as viewed from the eyes of your customer. We are able to conduct surveys using different methodologies, with the appropriate methodology adopted for your particular circumstances. Because of the combined knowledge of the principals running CustomerCheck, among them over 20 years acting as independent business strategists and consultants, we are able to offer effective business solutions. We are also able to refer clients to a number of other consultants, for example in the area of logistics, quality improvement, and training, with whom we have relationships.
