The Training Stage of the Implementation takes place in conjunction with completing the set up of the application and the successful migration and confirmation of data. During training a CUSI technical representative will provide comprehensive instruction on the operation of the application on the Client's actual data. Training is based upon a detailed review of each segment of the application followed by a comprehensive drill performed by the user, This repeated process of Train and Drill ensures each user is fully exposed to and retains the skills necessary to operate our products.

Online/On-Site Training
CUSI offer both online and onsite training on a contract basis. For new users this is the most critical part to successfully operating the software. Training dates can be booked directly with CUSI through the Technical Support or Sales team.

In House Training
CUSI offer free in-house training on a quarterly basis at our corporate headquarters in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This is a two day session covering both basic and intermediate levels of operation. Clients consistently say this is a great course for existing and new employees exposing them to all features of the application that may or may not be currently utilized.
