Building on the learnings from the Essential Conversations programme, Courageous Conversations is the next step for managers and leaders wanting to further develop their communication skills and their competence in developing others.

Utilising Corporate CoachU’s “Essential Conversations for Developing Others” workshop, we again combine a tailored approach to each organisation, incorporating customised programmes with suitable timeframes, additional workshops and individual and/or group coaching to cement and accelerate participants’ learnings.

The programme challenges participants to step up and tackle more difficult or sensitive conversations in a constructive and collaborative way. It gives them confidence and competence by building their skills to a higher level and extending both their coaching and personal capabilities.
