Equal Baking is made using Sucralose and can be used almost anywhere you use sugar in cooking and baking. It stays sweet at high temperatures so its perfect to use in your favourite desserts, cakes and sweet sauces. Cup for cup, Equal Baking has 89% fewer calories than normal sugar, so you can indulge your sweet-tooth without all the calories.

As Equal Baking measures spoon for spoon, it is also ideal for everyday use such as sweetening hot and cold beverages or sprinkling over fruit and cereal.
