So many of us feel that we could be so much more. We feel we could achieve so much more, but we know instinctively that something is holding us back.
Having a goal isn't enough. Your conscious mind is the place that holds your dreams and desires, but your conscious mind is only between 1% and 5% of your thinking. Your subconscious makes up between 95% and 99% of your thinking, and it’s also a million times more powerful than the conscious mind! Your subconscious is where your fears and self defence mechanisms are. It’s where your beliefs about yourself, your abilities and your place in the world are. Your subconscious could be working against you and preventing you achieving the success you consciously desire. That’s why positive thinking or the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for most people. They don’t realise that their subconscious mind is attracting as well and it's far more powerful, often taking them away from what they really want.
I work with individuals and business people to help them be who they want to be, and where they want to be in life. My job is to re-program over the fears, defenses and negative beliefs in your subconscious mind. I remove the barriers between you and your goals so you achieve the success you aim for.
Many doctors and medical institutions are now saying that the the main cause of most illness is unresolved emotional issues. In his book The Genie in Your Genes, Dr Dawson Church wrote:
"As we think our thoughts and feel our feelings, our bodies respond with a complex array of shifts. Each thought or feeling unleashes a particular cascade of biochemicals in our organs. Each experience triggers genetic changes in our cells." "I have long maintained that your emotional state plays a role in nearly every physical disease -- from heart disease, to depression, to arthritis and cancer. Even the conservative Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that 85% of all diseases have an emotional element. If your thoughts and emotions play such a significant role in modifying your biology and your health (and I believe they do) then treating your emotions becomes an essential part of optimal health."
According to Dr Bruce Lipton its not just our emotions and our thoughts, but our beliefs as well that trigger genetic changes in our cells. I get many people coming to me with physical issues, often because traditional medicine has failed them. I've been successful in completely clearing some major issues, simply by addressing the emotional contributors.

So many people are unhappy and don't know how to change that. You might be surprised to know that our own brains can work against us to keep us unhappy. There's a network of nerve pathways in the brain called the Reticular Activating System. Before I tell you what it does I need to explain how the mind works. We have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind. We get 400 billion bits of information a second coming into the human mind. Yes, I said 400 billion! There is no way we can consciously cope with that much information. In fact the conscious mind can only cope with about 2,000 bits of information a second. So there's a huge amount of information coming in, but you are only aware of a tiny percentage. The Reticular Activating System (RAS) has a really important job - to decide which information to bring to your conscious attention. Experiences from your childhood and your life in general often pre-program the RAS to bring to your attention the negative, the bad or the things you are unhappy about.
There is an easy way to re-program the RAS to notice the good and the positive in your life, and when you do happiness becomes your natural state. I'll teach you the thought based actions you need to take, so you achieve peace and happiness, no matter what is happening in your life.
There are many reasons why people don't reach the success they aim for. I've detailed one of them at the top of the page. Another one is a mechanism in the brain that can work against us, called the Psycho Cybernetic Mechanism (PCM). The PCM is a bit like a thermostat in that its job is to keep you within a set point, just like a thermostat does. Your psychological set point is known as your comfort zone. Any change you make in your life, whether in your finances, health, relationships or career that takes you outside of your comfort zone sends a chemical signal to your nervous system. Your brain picks up that signal as doubt, fear or anxiety and interprets that feeling as a danger signal, prompting you to return to your previous state - just like a thermostat. Your willpower and effort may have an impact on moving outside your comfort zone, but only for short bursts, rarely for the long term. To break out of your comfort zone you need to release negative thoughts, fears, beliefs and attitudes from your subconsous mind. The best way to do this is using EFT.
