Recommended for every client, our introductory sessions allow you to become familiar with what Pilates is, the basic principals, and what Pilates can do for you. This session also includes a full medical history, postural analysis and assessment. One-on-one and running for 45 minutes, this is the perfect way to start at Pulse Pilates.
Personal sessions run for 50-55 minutes, and utilise the mat, small equipment and studio equipment. An individual programme will be designed for you, with your personal goals and needs in mind. Personal sessions are recommended for rehabilitation of injury or post surgery or for those who just want the personal touch.
Personal sessions are imperative for those recovering from surgery, or for Pre/Post Natal clients.
