Known as the iconic Kiwi Christmas tree, the Pohutukawa has
become an established part of the New Zealand Christmas
tradition. Unique to New Zealand, its vibrant crimson red
flowers bloom from November through to January and are
often referred to as ‘Antipodean holly’.

by sweet butterscotch flavours and provide the perfect

Kamahi Honey 160gm jar

The New Zealand native Kamahi tree flowers in spring time in the native beech forests inland on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. It is a smooth honey with a lanolin aroma and a herbal, slightly nutty flavour with rich, malty and smokey notes. Kamahi is one of New Zealand’s most abundant trees growing on the forest canopy surrounded by other natives.
