Are you a self-employed learning facilitator, people skills coach or learning media developer?

Are you retired or semi-retired, but feel that you have a lot to still contribute by sharing your brainpower, skills and experience?

Would you like to retain your autonomy but have the support and collegiality of a business education hub at the centre of two established business networks?

We wish to collaborate with innovative people and share business opportunities for live and online learning and development projects for client organisations.

- a new concept in collaborative opportunities

Our central Christchurch resource centre can accommodate more people who would like to grow their own businesses in a collaborative environment and tap into our marketing and office support, meeting facilities and equipment and multi-media learning resources. We are also interested in collaborating with people in other parts of New Zealand and Australia.

If you would like to discuss flexible ways of sharing resources in mutually beneficial ways, please e-mail

with your contact details, outlining your expertise and your goals.

Our facilitators use Appreciative Inquiry and Cognitive Edge methodologies to harness the brainpower of all your people. Simple methods of analysis and consultancy are not useful when working with complex, messy or narrative data. Cognitive Edge accredit practitioners to use and adapt the approach to particular situations and needs. Open dialogue increases organisational learning and effectiveness.
