.:. Initial Visit

After contacting us an initial free visit will be arranged to introduce ourselves, to discuss your garden and to explain how we work. At this meeting we find out your requirements and tastes, discuss budgets and fee structures. Considerable effort is made to discover how you will live in, look after and maintain the garden so that it can best be designed to suit you.

.:. Fee Proposal

Following this initial meeting a Fee Proposal will be put together and you will be sent two copies. You will be asked to read, sign, date and return one copy to form the contract between us.

.:. Site Analysis

A site analysis and an accurate Survey of the existing garden is needed prior to any design work. This can sometimes be cut from the process if sufficient information, plans or drawings are already available.

.:. Concept Plan

The design starts with an initial Concept Plan, sketches and other visual aids to show you how the garden will look. This document is for discussion and allows us to present our ideas and to make any changes you may wish as we adjust the design to your satisfaction, until the concept is confirmed.

.:. Scope of Works and Layout Plan

A Scope of Works, Layout Plan and preliminary construction specifications are written to enable our contractors to provide a price and to set out and build the garden.

.:. Construction specification drawings

If our landscaping costs for the project meet your budget then full construction specification drawings are required. Should the project costs come in higher than the client’s budget there are two choices; revise the design or revise the budget to meet the client’s expectations.

.:. Planting Plan and Schedule

The Planting Plan shows the location, size at maturity and spacing of all plants in the garden, both new and existing. A Planting Schedule accompanies the plan listing plant names, sizes and quantities and is used for costing, ordering and setting out the plants.

After all plans are confirmed and any revisions re-costed our landscaper will provide a quotation and work can begin.

.:. Project Management

Throughout the process we will be in constant contact with you as the process runs and will ensure that all you hope for in your garden project is achieved in a smooth, efficient manner.

.:. Site Preparation

We can scrape and level your site, remove the excess, supply and install topsoil, supply and install base materials ready for concrete or paving, prepare areas for lawns. Our tracked RC-60 loader means we can work where others can't. We offer a fixed price or by the hour service, whatever your needs.

.:. Landscaping

From a small patio to a full scale makeover. Patios to pergolas, retaining walls to raised gardens, tennis courts to terraces, manual to fully automated irrigation, if its outside we can do it

.:. Hydroseeding

A great alternative to traditional seeding. Hydroseed is a spray on lawn seed which uses a wood/paper mulch to hold the water around the seed creating a faster germination rate. Because the seed is mixed with a fertilizer in a tank prior to being sprayed on, you get a better seed distribution and a more even lawn as a result. We can offer a wide range of seed mixes to suit almost any condition or environment.
