Blakely Construction Limited have a team of extremely experienced project managers. Previous works include contracts of up to $2.5m. We have distinct technical skills that allow us to add value to all our projects.Our management philosophy is one of working with both the engineer and the client as partners, building constructive relationships and holding ourselves accountable for every stage of the project.We have implemented Workbench, contract management software running multiple projects to carefully manage our costs and resources at each stage of the project updated weekly. We use MS Project to tightly manage our projects, and work programmes are checked and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that deadlines are met. Quality control plans are in place that exceed local body requirements. This gives our clients assurance and confidence that their bottom line will be met. This combined with our exceptionally trained staff and specialist plant mandates quality assurance at every step.
