At Ardent Training & Consultancy we are passionate about offering learning opportunities that are engaging and challenge people to improve their practise.  We also believe people deserve to have their learning recognised so endeavour to align our courses to unit standards.We offer learning opportunities on varied topics ranging from core skills (such as health and safety, understanding your role) to specific skills and knowledge (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting people who present challenges).  All of our training packages can be tailored to your specific needs.Our emphasis is on encouraging trainees to put their learning into practice and aim to demonstrate this through competency based assessment activities usually aligned with unit standards.  The content of all training is based on best practice that will meet or exceed audit standards. 

The most successful programs we have implemented have been those where trainees achieve nationally recognised qualifications.  Models for this have varied to suit individuals and organisations but have in all instances been highly successful.  In the last year Ardent Training & Consultancy has supported 86 trainees to complete their Foundation Skills (Level 2) with NZCare.We are happy to develop learning and development opportunities to meet a specific need or offer our pre-prepared material at a time to suit you.
