Buzz Insight was our first service, launched in 2004, for when you are making decisions, but you need some questions answered first.

Our service is designed to be simple, straightforward and fast so we don’t complicate or slow your decisions down. Above all, it’s also designed to make sure the answers are robust. 

We have many great examples of crisis avoided, or success captured and we often talk about the concept of a manager sitting at her desk needing to make a decision, and being able to instantly invite 500 customers into her office, to tell her what they think.
