Vanessa Warren will work with you to perform a full fitness assessment and consultation before any exercise begins. A personalised programme and training schedule is developed, then Vanessa or one of her qualified team, will take you through each workout as needed. Follow up assessments and programme updates are scheduled regularly, along with helping to educate each client about how to keep exercise and activity as part of healthier lifestyle.
Exercise is an essential addition to any successful, long term weight management programme, especially when combined with nutrition and making behavioural changes. A combination of resistance/strength training, with cardiovascular exercise is the best way to achieve lasting results.

Gyms can be intimidating to some and we work together to build confidence and trust. It is essential to surround yourself with people who will encourage and praise your efforts, not enable bad habits or discourage you.
Vanessa specialises in working with people who have had gastric banding surgery, as well as those who are overweight or obese, and may experience some the problems associated with these conditions:

She is available to work with you in your home or at her fitness studio (extra fees apply for the fitness studio option). Vanessa keeps up to date with the latest information and technology in the fight against obesity, and she is currently completing a degree in Applied Science specialising in Health, Wellness and Physical Activity.
