UPSLIDEDOWN

When you’re ripping through rolling terrain, cranking the pedals one minute and getting off the back of the bike the next, no seat height is “just right”. Reverb gives you infinite seat-height adjustment and control of your return speed in a hydraulically actuated remote package.  A custom sealing system means the plush and consistent feel of this seat post  won’t degrade, no matter how much the weather does.

A REVELATION IN VALUE

The RockShox Sektor is a perfect example of trickle down technology. Take the great performance and the chassis of the Revelation and tag it with a price you won’t believe. There is  Motion Control damping  in the Sektor to transform your downhill into smooth and your uphill into easy.

With over 40 years combined experience we know how to set you up!

Congrats to our boy Lawrence Cawte. Another great result in the weekend taking out the U17 Boys in Levin and an impressive 9th overall!

Trailbike – Defined
Take our beloved Blur LT. Now, make the frame a pound lighter, several orders of magnitude stronger and stiffer, make it out of carbon fiber. Make the whole frame out of the stuff, and use a proprietary one piece molding process that ensures maximum strength and minimal weight. The result? The strongest bike we have ever built, bar none. It’s a nimble, fast climbing, flex-free, confidence inspiring, trail bombing demon of a bike. Build it up however you want – there are no weight restrictions or fork travel limits to worry about – then ride it hard as you dare.

We took our stalwart XC One wheel and pulled it into the future by completely redesigning the entire wheelset. We’ve not only trimmed 30-grams out of the pair, but we’ve made them UST compatible (yep, light and UST ready right out of the box) and added a millimeter to the rim width for enhanced tire profile. We’ve also given the EA90 XC a revised rim extrusion, welded seam and proprietary Easton hubs with a full complement of sealed bearings for superb durability.

To make the EA90 XC the ultimate performance XC / Trail wheel for nearly any situation, we’ve revised the front hub with both 15mm QR and 9mm QR configurations.

Wheel Sizes 26″
Finish Black rim / ano red hub
Wheelset Weight 1560gr
Type Clincher / UST
Wheel Size No
Rim Material EASTON ALUMINUM
Internal Rim Width 19mm
External Rim Width 24mm
Spokes SAPIM 2.0 /1.7/2.0 SANDBLAST GREY
Front Spoke Pattern 24-3X
Rear Spoke Pattern 24-3X
Nipple Type / Color EASTON / ANO RED
Front Hub Type M1 / 6-Bolt Disc Type Only
Front Axle Size 9x100QR, 15×100
Rear Hub Type M1 / 6-Bolt Disc Type Only
Rear Axle Size 10X135QR, 12×135/142
Bearing Type cartridge

Representing our first foray into carbon fiber, the Blur XC turned most preconceived notions about lightweight bikes upside down. Incredibly light, yet at the same time much stiffer and stronger than its aluminum predecesor, the carbon fiber Blur XC set a new benchmark for cross-country expectations. Combining our proprietary one piece carbon fiber layup process with the proven ride of VPP suspension resulted in a bike that offers superb suspension and razor sharp performance. Now freshly redesigned, the Blur XC ups the ante again; a tapered headtube increases front end strength and rigidity, while further optimization of our carbon process has allowed us to trim even more weight from the bike. Lighter and stronger?  rejoice.

The finished bike, 21.9lbs not bad for an XL!

Can we look you in the eye and honestly say the Haven Carbon wheels are actually worth their, gulp, $2300 price tag? Absolutely. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but driving a Bentley isn’t within everyone’s means either. It’s been some time since we’ve ridden a product that makes such a noticeable and immediate impact on a bike’s handling and performance. We do understand that for what these wheels cost, one could purchase an incredible 5-inch-travel trailbike. Or you could take any incredible 5-inch-travel trailbike and make it more incredible. Also, if you are tough on wheels, you’ve got two years to try to break these on the house.

These guys gave them a 5 out of 5 star rating!!! We have to agree.

Congrats and well done to our DH boys in the weekend. First race of the season, NZ DH series round 1 in Rotorua. Keep up the great results for the rest of the series!

Like a proud dad jeff shows of his new baby. SantaCruz Jackal.

Hi guys,

I won’t be telling you anything you don’t already know but WOW.

The bike is everything you said and more. You become skeptical that it can
be that good, but it really was. The way it rolled felt like when someone
puts their hand on your back and pushes you along. Climbing, descending, all
streets ahead. Was so nice riding in silence as well.

In one respect the unfortunate thing was doing everything at once. It’s just
so much better in every respect you don’t know which component is
responsible.

Red Stag timber here in Rotorua had this wooden frame made by Renovo bikes in the USA using pine from the Whakarewarewa forest and exotic Hickery and asked us to build it up. Coming into the finish to take the win in the Elite Mens race was such a great feeling and this will definitely go down as one of my most enjoyable days out on the bike.
