We undertake to meet with every client at the proposed site that the final work will be erected. This first meeting is to develop a relationship with clients and to discuss their needs and requirements. Secondly, we are able to engage with the space and historical landscape to consider any environmental factors that may impact on initial design concepts such as lighting requirements, space limitations and infrastructural challenges.

Following the initial meeting and consideration of the above components, Toitu Design will submit an initial design concept proposal to the client complete with a written brief of the designs and preliminary drawings.

Presentation and pitching of the initial design concept to wider stakeholders can also be arranged where required. We are also interested in ensuring the longevity of our whakairo and can develop a maintenance plan where it is deemed necessary.
