We are the Bay's leading boutique specialist employment law firm, established in 2005. We provide our services to many employers throughout New Zealand, including large corporate bodies through to medium and small businesses. We also act for employees and unions. When you engage us you will work directly with our partners, Danny Jacobson and Trudy Marshall, both experienced lawyers who will provide exceptional and pragmatic cost effective service. While we have successfully represented parties to personal grievances and disputes in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and Court of Appeal, our focus is on early dispute resolution. A lot of our work involving restructuring, redundancies, disciplinary investigations and processes, sexual harassment, workplace bullying, Holidays Act issues, tailored employment agreements and the like takes place in the form of behind the scenes advice and guidance designed to avoid issues arising or to help resolve them quickly.
