Payment Options… Credit Cards
We accept payments from the following credit cards… Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Direct Credit
You can pay by direct credit by simply going to your online banking account and making a payment using the bank account details provided and including your surname in the reference field. Terms & Conditions…Pricing
All pricing shown on our website is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST.

Pricing, special offers and promotion products are subject to availability, and Animal Antics reserves the right to cancel or amend these without notice. Any of these changes will not affect current orders.

All pricing shown does not include delivery. However, any single delivery of purchases worth $100 or more and weighing less than 20kgs, will receive free delivery anywhere within New Zealand providing you have registered as a Loyalty Club Member. Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that products shown on our website are available and in stock. However, depending on the quantity you order and our best efforts to ensure our stock inventory is accurate, sometimes availability maybe out of our control.
Our promise to you is the if for any reason we cannot supply your order within 7 days, we will notify you within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and confirm.

Delivery
New Zealand Delivery 
Animal Antics will courier your purchases to your chosen destination anywhere within New Zealand. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery from the date payment is made. Purchases of $100 or less will incur a delivery charge. Rates are as follows:
Bay of Plenty $10.00
North Island $15.00
South Island $25.00                                                  Items 20kgs and over will incur additional freight charges
Purchases worth $100 or more and weighing less than 20kgs will receive free delivery to any chosen destination in New Zealand providing you are registered as a Loyalty Club Member.

Privacy 
Animal Antics values and respects the privacy of all its customers. Our promise to you is that we will not sell or pass on any of your information to any person or organisation. Your personal information when ordering or joining the Loyalty Club, is fully protected by our secure server and encryption security technology. We do store your personal information for Loyalty Club memberships and to assist you with future orders. Your card details however are deleted from our order processing system once the transaction is complete, to ensure absolute security of your credit card details. Should you wish to delete your personal information, please and we will delete you from our system. Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us on 07 928 9663 or within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace immediately if any goods are damaged during delivery.
Replacements items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made. Please ensure all damaged goods are returned to Animal Antics in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
